Biographical

Robert McGuigan first opened an independent law firm over fifteen years ago in Bergen County, New Jersey. Since that time, he has naturally gained a great deal of experience and skill in a number of areas, as detailed throughout the website. He has appeared in the Superior Courts not just in Bergen County, but Essex, Passaic, Morris, and Sussex as well.

That experience has spanned the range of practice areas detailed elsewhere on this site, handling both civil and criminal matters, at both the trial and appellate levels.

Our office is in Rochelle Park, centrally located within Bergen County, just minutes from Fort Lee, Palisades Park, and Hackensack. At the same time, it is convenient to Passaic and Essex Counties, as well.
